finders people
It’s a family affair at Finders International really, with the husband and wife director team, the creative kids (Kate will hate the ‘kid’ reference), and the extended ‘family’ of staff we have nurtured over the years.

Robert Czik, Managing Director
The entrepreneur.
Where do we start? The entrepreneur who decided decades ago that it was a good idea to import mud and salt from the Dead Sea and sell it to spas. The problem was, at the time there were no spas in the UK, and people would not have dreamed of slapping mud all over their body in the name of beauty! Thank goodness times have changed.

The innovator who thought that an open Dead Sea floatation pool was an essential therapeutic treatment for a spa, before anybody had even heard of floatation! Again, thank goodness the press and spa developers had the same vision. For his creative vision, crazy ideas and (questionable) DIY abilities, Robert is to be admired. Janet Czik, Director of AccountsThe level-headed.Janet is very much ‘behind the scenes’ (hence the photo!). She is the sane driving force in the company, making sure our crazy schemes aren’t so crazy financially and keeping us all in order! We should thank Janet for supporting our ideas, which shouldn’t have worked in theory… But thankfully worked in practice. Oh, and she also discovered our UK Head Office site in 1980, which, back then, was covered in brambles and unrecognisable!
Becky Czik, Creative Wizard, BA (Hons) English Literature & European Culture, Artist and still studying…The passionate.Becky is the baby of the Czik family and is the less ‘serious’ of the two sisters. Her creative talents mean that clients do not apply a mere ‘hydrating body lotion’ to their bodies but ‘lavish their body in a pure Dead Sea Mineral and exquisite plant extract blend’. Becky’s (or Bex’s) passion for the arts is reflected in her friendly, lively and charming character, and in her somewhat sporadic work patterns at Spa Find! Although Bex has 100% dedication to her creative role in Spa Find, we may not physically see her for 6 months at a time due to her avid fascination with learning new things and travelling the world! |
The Extended Finders Family
Here are the rest of the people behind the company, all working hard together to provide you with the best mineral skincare in the world. We also have a fantastic warehouse, PR, spa and office team... who would rather stay anonymous... but who all contribute massively to our ‘family.’

Racing For Our Jo
Last year a member of the Finders team was diagnosed with breast cancer, and has recently finished her tough chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments, and is now on the road to recovery…
When people close to you are diagnosed it can be a big shock and really hits home how prevalant Cancer is in the UK. I’m sure we all know at least one person close to us who has suffered. So this year we all decided to do Race For Life to raise money for Cancer Research and all its sufferers and their families.
On Sunday 18th May 2008 we took part in the Race For Life at Mote Park in Maidstone, Kent. Near enough all the girls that work at Finders head office took part.
Mote Park is a beautiful setting, the rain held off and the sun even popped out… it was a beautiful day and the exercise did us all good I’m sure! We raised a fantastic £1558.20 for Cancer Research! An amazing achievement for… We will definitely be back for the 2009 event! Well done girls! |
